Free Google Searches, Wikipedia Articles and Air – Hot Dog Cart – Vendors

FREE, FREE, FREE!!!

Sleazy Salesman

You heard me right, I have searched the world over and found a ton of stuff that is absolutely free to anyone with a computer and an internet connection.  AND…I am now going to offer you these already free things for free with your purchase of  _____________!

What the hell!  A while back a fellow vendor, we’ll call Steve sent me a link from a person selling information online, he sells sea shells… no, he sells business plans from hot dog vending to day care.  And when you sign up for his “free” information, you get bombarded with How to start, how to do, how to blah, how to poo – Even ways to start importing from China.

FREE STUFF BELOW – SHHHHH DON’T TELL THEM I TOLD YA

Blog posts, Breaking news – press releases and such inundate the internet all with a common pitch.  They are under numerous names, fake or real, they lead to one company.  After some research we found that all these wiz bang, super duper, just released tags were common and from one company, one guy and his team from Texas.  One visit to their websites and they have several will leave you wanting a hot shower.  Jill said that she hadn’t felt that “icky” since she spent the day searching used car lots for her daughters first car.

What’s funny is they assume we are idiots.  They offer freebies that are available already, free, to the public.  So if you have Google, Yahoo or Bing and can type, you can find all these lovely gifts for free.

This guy is not the only one either – another site boasts free e-books that are already free and they offer items at “lowest price” – lowest price where?  Oh, on their website. But a smart vendor or potential vendor will do a little google search and find that better deals await. – what amazes me again, they think that we are adept enough to search and find them, but are too stupid and gullible to check their claims.

“trust me, trust me, I have the best information on the market and it’s only going to cost you $100 but wait, wait, I’m going to give you this e-book and this report and this other e-book absolutely free”  ”yup, you heard me right: FREE!”    Apparently we aren’t all ignorant.  I have received several complaints about this, but wanted to research before sharing with everyone.
And here’s a link to the expensive but free with their course book:  Think and Grow Rich – Napoleon Hill   These books and more from days gone by are now considered; Public Domain.   Here’s a some more:

  • How to win friends and influence people – a great classic title  FREE
  • How about pulling a trailer.  If you don’t know how, this handy guide is FREE
  • Hot dog recipes; Would 80 be enough?  Here ya go    With pictures!   Oh, no you didn’t – oh, yes I did!
  • No signing up or con jobs: FREE Training Videos – over 30

The moral of the story, Beware!  Do your research, check into the claims made by these snake oil salesman.   There are several courses on the market to teach you vending.  Some are fantastic and others are lacking or completely a waste of time and money.

Moving on.  The second live Hot Dog Vendor Radio show went better than I imagined.  616 people tuned into blogtalkradio.com/benscarts to share, learn and grow the knowledge.  The first show was 30 minutes and this 2nd show was 90 minutes and still the time flew by.  Rob from NC again graced us with his time and knowledge.

We have some more awesome guests scheduled, so tune in.   If you missed the show, you can listen to them free right here:
