This will be short and sweet, but do yourself a favor and listen to a hot dog legend. Link is below. There was some huge advice shared from Pocono Hot Dogs, a vendor since 1991 and a fantastic guy.
He was on the entire show after I had originally asked for only about 15 minutes. Very gracious with his time. What a great evening! Wow!

Ben and Pocono Hot Dogs are my new best friends!! The day after the show, I signed up on “All Time Favorites”. I received three requests for me to do a gig: 1 for 90 people; one for 100 people and one from a festival to be one of 3 vendors for 7000. ATF says my account takes 24 hrs to get working. Guess I’ll have to wait until 1:30 PM today to respond!!
