Can you even imagine? A $289,000 hot dog vendor location permit? You'd have to be there nearly seven days a week and you'd also have to have high profit margins.

EAT THE MEAT – THROW OUT THE BONES

Although the narrator/writer for this video is biased after a supposed food poisoning experience he makes some claims that are simply not true.

Like, “…at the beginning of the day – they put hundreds of hot dogs in boiling water”

NOPE!

Either way, the video is great in that it shows some of the most expensive vendor location permits in New York City. Ignore the B.S. and you'll be fine. My preacher's wife once told me after I got upset about something I didn't agree with him about… “you gotta eat the meat and throw out the bones”.

EXPENSIVE & GOOD VS. GOOD LOCATIONS

True – these vendors make a killing. But the truth is, we have vendors inside our Vendors United group who make over $300,000 annually with FREE locations.

EXPENSIVE:

• Likely must work 7 days a week
• Must work long days as in 8 to 10 hours a day
• Must focus on speed rather than quality

All because you have a huge nut to crack. That expensive $289,000 hot dog vendor location permit just became worse than a job.

In essence, you just agreed to pay someone $289,000 a year before you can make a single dime in profit.

Nuts I say.

GOOD:

• Work 2 to 4 days a week
• Pay yourself first
• Make a great income
• Focus on quality and building a real customer base
• Take time off whenever you want
