Harlon just added lemonade and hot dogs together! He has a lemonade business and has just added hot dogs to his usual menu.

Then asked me to send him some critiques and notes to improve his setup.

He has a commercial warmer for the hot dogs, name brand condiments and chili, along with his usual lemonade squeezers. Take a look at his video and read his email below.

I Sold Hot Dogs And Lemonade Together

Evening Ben. Made my maiden voyage with hot dogs today. Didn't sell as many as I hoped. Sold 20 of the 48 I carried. But damn it. I SOLD HOT DOGS.

The customers never flinched over the $3 a dog price.

But the lemonade was the hit. $350 in lemonade sales. I love all the reactions of people. Oh you have the best lemonade. I love your lemonade.

To me that's worth more than money. I sent you a short video. Feel free to tell me anything I need to do. I know I need better signage.

It's kinda corny but I was nervous as a long tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs as you say. But it got better as the day went on and I was counting the money this evening. Thank you again for your time and inspiration.
