It's already too late for me, but save yourselves!!! If you have run that hot dog cart for more than an hour, you know what it's like to get a backache. Sore muscles and tired legs are common. I loved it when I set my cart up on the grass because it wasn't near as hard on me as the concrete or asphalt. I wear boots, cowboy boots and after a couple of weeks vending, I had to switch. I went with tennis shoes, you know – normal ole' sneakers.
What a difference that made. Immediately I felt better. Terrence, a vendor in Louisiana wrote me last week about these mats he uses. He told me how they helped with his back pain. He suffers pain from an old injury and was already wearing very good shoes but his back still hurt him daily. He found these anti-fatigue mats and started using one and it made a significant difference.
I went out to the flea market this past weekend and bought one. I found some online as well and the links are just below, but check your flea market first and you may get a great deal.
