I stumbled upon a hot dog vendor in Chattanooga, TN!
Came out of McKay's Used Books in Chattanooga, TN and bam! Right before my eyes is a vendor setting up his Big Dog Cart. I must admit I was excited, so I ran over to the truck, grabbed my cell phone and my Roland recorder and created this little video. Fortunately for us, ‘Sarge' and the ‘General' were very kind and shared some of their tips and even a recipe. I know have a new favorite hot dog; The Outlaw!
It's an all beef hot dog with a pickle, spicy hot mustard, some jalepenos, a little garden type stuff and some hooooooot sauce. Botom line: DELICIOUS! I tried the Italian Chicken dog too, it was actually pretty good, but nothing like The Outlaw. I wish you could have been there with me.
