Hope everything is going well for you.  I'm just passing along some recent purchases I made for O'Doggy's.  Recently while I was inside a fast food place waiting for my order, I started watching the workers in the back preparing the burgers.  I seen something that caught my eye.  It was a typical squeeze bottle for their special sauce, but the nozzle cap was different than anything I had seen in the hot dog world.  Instead of a single nozzle, it had 2 nozzles. What a great idea.  I searched Webstaurant.com and found several varieties.  I was in need of buying some new bottles, so I ordered the triple tipped caps to go with the “first in first out” bottles. They even had color coded versions.  Less squeeze time, makes for quicker finished product.

While looking around the site and viewing the “companion items” I ran across a genius add-on to my 1/3 pan that I use to hold my squeeze bottles.

I'm always looking around sites to see if anything looks like it could make things move faster, or organize my work area better. Hope others can use something like this as well.
