1. Becoming a member of camber of commerce validate your business in the eyes of factories you wish to do business??{ third shift food)2. Can a enclosed food trailer be used for a Commissary ??3.Are hotdog sleds useful and why??4. If a good casing hotdog 2.66 ounces with a bun costs you a 1.50 would you charge 5.00 for it or more with assorted toppings not chili or cheese??5. Does using a punch card really increase your income for factory workers sales.. ( I.E.) Buy 5 dogs get free?? Or is it to Gimkicy
6. What is your food cost per item???
Here are my answers although I'm covered up today, so please forgive me for not going to great length.
1. Yes being a member can help, but I don't know that it would help with the factories.
2. In some states, yes.
3. Yes, you can prep up to 7 dogs at a time.
4. Depends on my market and venue.
5. I wouldn't think it necessary with a captive audience but it wouldn't hurt.
