Yes, it would be more time consuming than buying… and yes you'd have to do it in an approved kitchen, but OMG… the rewards could be huge.

You've heard me for years talking about pre-saturating my water to give unique flavors to what may be bland hot dogs…  Well imagine putting in just the right amount of seasonings, just that extra touch of _____________ and being able to double your price on your EXCLUSIVE HOT DOGS.

This doesn't mean stop selling regular hot dogs because it makes perfectly good sense to have a regular all beef dog and a premium option.  So why not?
