Hot Dog Cart Leftovers

Howdy, folks! On today's live video, I answered a question from a hot dog vendor, about what to do with leftover hot dogs. While some people do keep them and reheat them to sell the next day, I do not recommend that at all. Instead, wrap them up while they're still fresh and give them away. Offer your last customers an extra dog for free, or load up the extra dogs with toppings and drop them off at a fire station or something. It creates goodwill, introduces people to your delicious product, and they don't go to waste. Hot dog vendors who sell leftovers the next day are setting themselves up for unhappy customers, and risk giving all street food vendors a bad reputation.
