I got a letter from Joe Simpson about his recent hot dog cart inspection. Joe has a Big Dog hot dog cart and is about to kick off his new career.

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help and pass on the compliment our “Big Dog” cart got from the health dept inspector.
He said, “This is coolest cart I've ever seen. I wish my job was always this easy.”
We passed on our first inspection, a feet rarely seen in this town.
Now its time to make some damn money!
We will officially kick it off at a street fair this friday with a roller derby team escort (who we now sponsor) as we roll through the crowd. Should be a site to see. Called in a favor with a local tv camera man and we might make the news.
