RoLin Dawgs has been struggling at his Big Lots location but recently switched over to a Lowes Home Improvement Store.

Hot dog vendor locations aren't all the same.  I know vendors making a killing in front of Big Lots locations, but it comes down to the particular location.  Some locations will blow your socks off, they have a potential to bring in hundreds daily, but the same location somewhere else may be a dud.

Rob didn't give up.  He didn't quit.  He tried other locations with his Big Dog Cart, knowing that eventually he would find a hot dog vendor honey hole location.

 Rob is the owner of RoLin Dawgs and is another vendor whom I admire for his tenacity.  Simply put, he won't give up.

I’m sending you some pics maybe you can give me a couple ideals on shaping my area up some.

I had a lot of request for lemonade so I guess that’s going to be the next thing I look into.

I know its not much to some but to me it was great compared to where I was. The first day I only brought a box of dogs and a half box of brats and sold out in 4 hours. The second day I brought 2 boxes of dogs and 1 box of brats came home with 10 dogs and maybe 2/3 of the brats.

For me that’s a awesome day…..

You are already in a prime location by the exit doors but I would get a bigger bolder banner that says: HOT DOGS – COLD DRINKS  or something similar.  I would also have a smaller banner hanging from the side facing the doors that said, “Premium ALL BEEF Hot Dogs”  or one vendor I know has a sign that says, “Premium Black Angus Hot Dogs”.
