In the video above, I'll show you the most often used method [hint: I'm pointing at it] – BUT before you run off all willy-nilly – be sure to watch and avoid these common mistakes.

HOW TO KEEP CHILI AND CHEESE FROM DRYING OUT ON CART

• keep heat lower or use tips in video
• add stock / milk or cheese powder
• even a can of tomato puree goes along ways
