Already someone asked, “Ben, what if I sell out before I'm finished for the day?”
I laughed at first. If you sell out – then you are finished for the day. Selling out is a great problem to have. It creates demand and it reduces waste and loss. Keeping good records will help you determine (over time) how many hot dogs and supplies to take each time you go out.
Selling out to me is always a welcome “problem”. If I sell out, I'm taking my money, going home early and going fishing.
