A great idea pays off for some college students whom noticed a drunken niche market.  Even when faced with restrictions against hot dog carts in their town, they fought, got the ordinance lifted and started slinging dogs.

Here's a video from when I traveled to Champagne, IL to help Mustards Last Stand as he serves up dogs to drunk and hungry college students.

Do you have an NSF cart with a NSF Sticker?  If so, you may want to contact NSF.org at  (800-673-6275) One of my readers found out that her NSF certified cart was a fake.  The manufacturer actually put a sticker on it, sold it and delivered it as an NSF certified cart.  NSF has been contacted and although they don't report on manufacturer fraud, they are aware and hopefully are taking this very seriously.  This manufacture is no fly by night type either, he's huge with facilities in Canada and the US.   If you think your cart may be a fraud, contact NSF and they can guide you on how to tell if you have a true NSF certified cart.   To make matters worse this manufacturer is touted as a recommended builder, a reputable builder – one that undergoes a monthly performance review, by a trusted vendor website.  Bottom line:  Be careful, always do your due diligence before purchasing your cart.  There are several exceptional manufacturers who do their utmost to insure quality and performance.
