Most outstanding is this isn't your industrial, run-down area – Warehouse Row is the Mecca for Noogan's searching for fine dining, exclusive shops and an overall upscale experience. Their first attempt in attracting street vendors was a huge success.

Now something I noticed on the above picture that I think is the first time I have ever seen before, did you see it? Those little flaps on the umbrella advertising her all beef dogs and vegetarian dogs – are awesome! What a classy look. And are those magnets that customers can take home and put on their fridge? Looks like it to me. Ok, maybe not, but that is a great idea – right? Watch'em work…

“You can take one hot dog cart or one food truck and sit on a corner and maybe get some interest but when you create something like this, it's not competition- it's a destination and I think it makes it so much more interesting,” Paden said.
