Cost Analysis Example
You will want to use this document as an example of how to calculate the costs of your hot dogs, buns, condiments, sodas, chips, and other items. You should customize it with your own actual costs to get a more accurate estimate. Then you can use your calculated cost when you are figuring out a price to charge for your menu items.
