This year has flown by and we here at BensCarts.com have made some exciting updates to our line of hot dog carts, we have started the hot dog cart blog and will soon have the Do It Yourself Build a Cart videos out. I'm glad to see the enthusiasm for the blog. My old blog saw little spurts of visitors, the New LearnHotDogs.com blog is busy everyday and best of all it's freeeeee!
NOTICE: This is the new version with audio fixed, fingers crossed.
NOTE: BUNS are from Sysco foods. New England Style Buns
In this episode I discuss a recipe I got from Biker Jim's Dogs in Colorado. It is a great way to make hot dogs and sausages even better. Biker Jim uses this atop his wild game dogs as it tames the flavors from the wild meat.
I use it because it's absolutely delicious!
In other news, there has actually been a study on why the healthy hot dogs are tough and the chicken peckers and bits dogs are softer. If you enjoy sciencey stuff click here.
BONUS: A dollop or two of cream cheese right at the end will make a less sweet version and much creamier.
