In the interest of fairness, I shared the negative email I received from a vendor. I didn't spend much time negating the ignorant diatribe. I have found over the years that those who do very little, if any due diligence are often met with the surprises that lead to their ultimate failure.
This particular email parroted similar opinions I've heard from others who attempted this business – flying by the seat of their pants. Throughout my free training videos, the more than 400 training articles and the over 150 audio files I have explained the challenges that can arise.
Most of these challenges can be avoided with proper preparation but unfortunately, some will attempt a go – without educating themselves first.
There are literally thousands of SUCCESSFUL hot dog vendors and reliance on luck wasn't their modus operandi. Just ask them yourself; there are forums and Facebook pages galore where many vendors congregate. Why not go straight to the source.
Jason went above and beyond and encouraged the writer to contact us for help. Of course the writer makes unsubstantiated claims and therefore would be unlikely to seek help seeing as how he chose willful ignorance prior over educating himself with the free training prior to starting.
YES! Some vendors will do their due diligence and still struggle, but they won't fail. Give-up? Yes, but they won't fail. This business is like any other in the respect that you must educate yourself to avoid the pitfalls that are inherent with all.

We heard from one vendor who is getting started with his Roach Coach and found a used chefs jacket to pitch the location. We also answered an email from a 17 year old who is just getting started with his hot dog vending business and we heard from a lady who has been approached about working the sporting field after school to supply food to the hungry athletes.
A new vendor calls in with some fantastic details of what he learned on his first day out. I was impressed!
