These Three Things Make a Big Difference in Food Cart Income!
Hi, folks! I have received some messages from street food vendors who are working, but not making as much money as they want to. It can be kind of discouraging to work and feel like you could be making more money, right? So what are the things you can do to change that?
They aren't as difficult as you might think! I have three recommendations of things you must do, in order to be sure you're making the most money for the amount of work you're doing.
1. Set-up. Make sure your food cart looks clean and inviting. Use good signs.
2. Records. You have to keep track of income, expenses, etc. Even if you do it on a yellow pad.
3. Location. You need a good place where there are people to feed.
