These Three Things Make a Big Difference in Food Cart Income!
Hi, folks! I have received some messages from street food vendors who are working, but not making as much money as they want to. It can be kind of discouraging to work and feel like you could be making more money, right? So what are the things you can do to change that?
They aren't as difficult as you might think! I have three recommendations of things you must do, in order to be sure you're making the most money for the amount of work you're doing.
1. Set-up. Make sure your food cart looks clean and inviting. Use good signs.
2. Records. You have to keep track of income, expenses, etc. Even if you do it on a yellow pad.
3. Location. You need a good place where there are people to feed.
Watch the video here to get the details on those three things. If you have other questions, please let me know! I'll do whatever I can to help you succeed in your street food business! And if you're ready to get started, or take your food business to the next level, join Vendors United!
