How to Get Around Health Department Roadblocks
Of course, try to be polite and diplomatic. But also, don't sit around waiting and hoping that somebody will call you back with the exact information you need and things will magically fit into place. Sometimes it's easy, but other times, setting up a hot dog cart or street food and catering business will require multiple phone calls, even personal visits to your local government office, plus inspections…
