In addition, a pressurized water system with on-demand hot water is standard with up to 4 sinks (customer choice) and a nice large bread box and under storage. The built in ice chest cooler will hold your items needing to be kept cold.  The entire burner boxes (steam table boxes) are triple insulated to reduce heat transfer.

Other standard features include also a 5 gallon fresh water tank and a 7.5 gallon waste tank and a 9 foot market style umbrella with builtin holder.

The tow bar (tongue) is removable so it's out of the way.
