Easy one today.
One of my top 40 questions of all time…
What’re the best hours?
You don’t need to work all day. That’s just creating a regular job for yourself.
Plan on 11am to 2pm, max, unless it’s shift work at a factory… but that’s a regular job,… no one wants that…
Don’t forget the prep and clean up time. You can add a couple hours to the schedule to account for that.
Also, figure on shopping time to pick up product, until you move enough volume to get it delivered.
Keep records and you’ll figure out how to make money without getting burned out.
Don’t start with breakfast, and if you do it, just do it. Don’t try to be everything to everybody.
“How early should I arrive?”
I get there 45 minutes to an hour ahead to set up…
If a crowd shows up early, then come earlier.
It’s not rocket science!
